If you’ve used ChatGPT, it was probably to look something up or write an email. That’s a small part of what AI can do now.
Set up properly, it does the work itself. This is called agentic AI: you give it a job, and it works through the steps on its own until the job is done. It can read every invoice and match it to your bank, prepare a VAT return, build a website or a database, and even play a video game through to the end.
Nobody turns up to set this up for small businesses. So we do.
What we do
We give your business its own AI and run it for you, so there’s nothing to install. You message it from your phone, in your own words, the way you would a member of staff.
Getting started is easy: you give us access to the systems you already use. If you don’t have one, we build it. If your records are still on paper, we digitise them.
While we set up, we look for what could be done better. The AI goes through your accounts, contracts and paperwork, finds where you’re overpaying or owed money, and takes it up with your suppliers for you, renegotiating contracts with your OK before anything changes. We also sort out how things are done, so the work takes less time from then on.
After that, it runs your admin day to day: keeping the books, preparing returns, filling the rota, chasing deadlines and answering customers. It only comes to you when something needs your approval, or when it needs something only you know. Nothing happens without your OK, and it never moves money.
